ALL CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% CANCELLATION FEE.
Cancellations received after a week after ordering will be charged half the cost of the tutu, as the material would have been cut for that tutu or actually in production.
All tutus are custom made to the measurements given. This is meticulous and unlikely to be wrong. We there do not accept returns due to sizing problems.
We will consider a refund in the event of a faulty tutu, we do not accept returns for worn tutus. Please check your tutu carefully on receiving it.
Any problem must be reported with in 3 days of delivery.
We will provide a return address.

We do not refund for crinkled tutus due to shipping..these need to be hung out to straighten.
We issue refund on receipt of the tutu and after examination.
Tutu must be in brand new unworn condition.
We have a 3-5 week delivery.

The tutu will be sent dhl, you will receive a tracking number.
It is your responsibility to accept delivery and provide the correct information.
If delivery is not accepted with in 3 attempts then the tutu is returned to china and you will have to pay additional postage cost.

We accept no responsibility for late deliveries and missed events.
Please bear in mind that busy periods are January and February. There is a factory closing end of jan to mid February. This impacts on delivery times for orders placed end of January and February.
Our tutus are mostly made and delivered directly from China. Due to this we are not responsible for any duty that maybe charged. Customers in UK and Europe can expect charges of around £10-20. THis will be collected by the shipping company usually. Customers in USA and CANADA are unlikely to see duty charges due to higher customs limits for imported goods.
